Parking
All parking will be signposted on the approach to the park.
Changing facilities
Changing facilities will be situated in Sutton Leisure Centre
Registration
Registration will be in the Leisure Centre.
Please ensure that the numbers for your club are collected by one designated person who should then distribute the numbers amongst the club athletes. Please ensure that the correct numbers are distributed to each of your athletes.
Child Protection / Photography
All cameras/video equipment etc used at the event must be registered with NA in line with Child Welfare policy. This procedure will take place on the day of the event in a designated area which will be signposted. If any parent has objections to photographs of their children being taken, please inform us. Please note that any photographs may be used for illustration or publicity purposes.
Travel Directions
From Junction 7 of M62 follow signs for A570/A57, the route to the park will be signposted. The full address is Sherdley Park, Elton Head Road, St Helens WA9 5AUr.

Any on the day emergency queries related to weather conditions etc should be directed to either Arwel Williams on 07795 261458 or Judith Temperton 07525 045307. Any decision to cancel the event due to adverse weather conditions will be taken at 7.00am, and all information will immediately be posted on the NA website, www.northernathletics.org.uk, along with any other relevant information.
If you have entered and paid on line you should by now have received confirmation
of your entries with a list of your registered athletes. If you have not received this

Sports Injury Specialists at St Helens
Between 10.30am and 3.30pm, on Saturday 24th January 2009 specialist NHS sports injury orthopaedic surgeons and senior sports physiotherapists from the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic and District Hospital NHS Trust, Oswestry, Shropshire will be available FREE OF CHARGE to give general advice, with regard to any sports related problems or injuries to the knee, or foot and ankle. www.rjah.nhs.uk
